We serve a whole serving of Seiko crab (female snow crab), which can only be caught for two months.The ovaries, called uchiko, are richly sweet and delicious.We also serve Echizen specialties such as grilled mackerel sushi and grated daikon radish soba noodles. We expect reservations to be booked up on weekends during the year-end party season, but reservations are easier to get if you come by before 5:30 PM (or after 8:00 PM), and even if we are unable to make a reservation immediately, we may be able to accommodate your request or make a reservation by phone.
